Biancas and Daniels red 2019 FKK is first of all very friendly and easy-drinking: it smells and tastes crisp-red-fruity, rustic-rustic, of sour cherry, cranberry and raspberry, some forest fruit, sage, mint, juniper and conifers, tart and firm, with and without food. First it becomes a bit more reductive with flint and matchstick, then earthy and herbaceous and then again like an awesome cherry juice for adults. Much more than easy drinking. Nice entry Natural wine. from Schmitt winery
Merlot, St. Laurent, Portuguese, Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir and Spätburgunder. Stored in 4400 liter wooden barrels on the full lees. Bottled without filtration and without adding sulfur.
