Vittorio Bera Arcese is an aromatic white wine crafted from a blend of indigenous grape varieties, including Arneis, Cortese, Favorita, and Vermentino, from the heart of Piedmont, Italy. Produced by the renowned Vittorio Bera e Figli winery, Arcese showcases the estate's commitment to natural winemaking and organic farming.
Arcese is known for its lively acidity and mineral-driven profile, thanks to the calcareous marl soils of the estate's vineyards in Canelli. The wine is vinified using native yeasts, without filtration or added sulfites, which allows it to retain the pure essence of the fruit and terroir. It offers floral and citrus notes on the nose, accompanied by hints of stone fruit and herbs. On the palate, it is refreshing, with a slightly saline finish and balanced complexity.
