Violeta is an anaerobic natural processed catuai variety from our long-term producing partner José Luttrell from Abu Coffee in Panama.
The coffee is sparkly and winey, creating a harmonious balance of tropical fruits with cacao nibs and dark chocolate. The cup experience starts with upfront tropical fruits in the aroma and in the cup and transitions to a sweet lingering finish.
Tasting Notes: Cacao Nibs, Blackcurrant, Winey, Kiwi, Dark Chocolate
