The Mythos MyG75 is Victoria Arduino's gravimetric grinder on the 75 mm platform: a built-in scale weighs the dose as it grinds and stops at the target mass, removing the daily drift that timed dosing accumulates as beans age and humidity moves.
What you get
- Gravimetric dosing by weight: the grinder weighs into the portafilter and cuts at the set gram target. Dose variance stops being a dial-in variable, which is worth real money in reduced waste on a busy bar.
- 75 mm titanium-coated burrs: fast, consistent grinding with titanium coating that multiplies burr life over standard steel.
- Touchscreen interface: profiles, dose targets and adjustments handled on screen at the machine.
- Temperature-controlled grinding chamber: keeps grind behaviour stable from the quiet morning hour through the peak rush, so the recipe set at 8 am still holds at noon.
- Barista workflow functions: dose correction and hands-free operation designed around high-throughput service.
Where it sits in the Mythos range
The MyG75 is the gravimetric version of the My75; the MyG85 does the same job with 85 mm burrs and higher grinding speed for the busiest sites. If dose accuracy matters but your volume does not justify the 85 platform, this is the machine.
