Copper-colored, with aromas of dried grapefruit, oyster shell, cherry stone and subtle button mushroom. Rich and flavorful, the palate combines earthy notes with sweet spice, soft bubbles and a rounded, honeyed texture. The finish is long and persistent. A blend of 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay, all Grand Cru, including 15% red Pinot Noir wine from Clos Colin in Bouzy. 8 g/L dosage. Disgorged in 2019. Drink now.
94 Points - Wine Spectator
A vibrant rosé Champagne with delicate flavors of white raspberry, toast, candied ginger and smoky minerality. Seamlessly integrated, it gradually expands across the palate before finishing with lingering fruit, saline notes and sliced almond. Disgorged September 2014. Drink now through 2030.
