Crisp. Vibrant. Unexpectedly bold.
Finished in apple brandy casks, this lively Irish whiskey from Two Stacks delivers a refreshingly bright and fruit-forward profile that captures the essence of orchard-fresh character with a touch of indulgence.
On the nose, crisp green apple and sherbet-like zest give way to inviting aromas of warm baking spices. The palate is layered with notes of smooth caramel, subtle spice, and toasted oak, offering depth without overwhelming the fruit-driven core. The finish is long and clean, with lingering hints of apple skin and a gentle, warming spice.
An energetic and beautifully balanced whiskey, ideal for enjoying neat or bringing a burst of flavour to contemporary cocktails.
