Celebrate December with a tasting journey built for people who enjoy clean, bright filter coffee.
Twelve coffees. Sixty grams in every bag. Roasted for clarity. Everything is roasted and shipped on the 30th November so it reaches you with the right amount of rest before the 12th December
Each 60g bag provides
• Three espresso shots
• Or four fifteen-gram filter brews
• Enough for two people to share two brews each day
This collection offers a rare chance to explore our highest tier filter lots. The set includes washed, natural and experimental profiles. Every day reveals a fresh character in the cup.
Filter brewing tips
Use a one to fifteen ratio. Grind a little finer for delicate or floral coffees. Use water just off boil. If the cup leans too sharp, slow the drawdown with a small amount of early agitation.
Espresso tips
Use a longer yield. One to two brings a richer cup. One to three brings more brightness and clarity.
What is included
• 12x Christmas themed sample bags
• Filter roast style for clear flavour

• Tasting notes for each day
A fitting choice for couples, friends or people who like trying new coffees throughout December.
