The 2023 Golden Reserve presents a deep, ruby-purple colour with vibrant clarity. On the nose, it delivers a compelling bouquet of ripe blackberries, cassis, and violets, layered with hints of cedar, tobacco, and dark chocolate. The palate is lush and full-bodied, with finely grained tannins and a silky texture that supports complex flavours of plum, blueberry compote, graphite, and sweet spices. The blend of Malbec and Cabernet Franc offers both rich fruit depth and herbal elegance.
93 Points - James Sucking
Blueberries and spice box on the nose, followed by a broad, creamy and spicy palate. Full-bodied, with medium-firm, slightly dusty tannins. Nicely concentrated while remaining fresh. Drink or hold.
