Color-shift cocktails to a natural blue at scale.
Top Hat Butterfly Truth Serum (12×32oz) is an alcohol-free, unsweetened butterfly pea flower extract and tea concentrate built for high-volume beverage programs. It delivers a vivid indigo blue that naturally shifts to purple when it hits citrus or acid—adding dramatic visual impact to cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, teas, sodas, spritzes, and dessert builds with minimal flavor influence.
Designed for bars, restaurants, hotels, caterers, and event programs, this wholesale case format keeps you stocked for consistent pours, fast service, and repeatable show-stopping presentations.
- Naturally Colorful, Unsweetened & Flavor-Neutral – Made from butterfly pea flower extract to add bold blue-to-purple visuals without changing the drink’s core flavor profile.
- Built for High-Volume Service – Reliable color activation for batch builds, prep stations, and busy shifts—no complicated prep, no messy dyes.
- Easy to Use (Float or Mix) – Use ~1oz per drink as a float for a cascading color moment, or mix in for consistent hue throughout.
- Menu Versatility – Perfect for zero-proof programs, spritzes, lemonades, iced teas, gin/vodka highballs, and “feature cocktail” moments that drive social sharing.
- Case Pack for Planning & Scale – 12 bottles per case (32oz each) for steady inventory and predictable service throughput.
