Tomo NA Tobala is not just a non-alcoholic alternative to tequila or mezcal—it's a genuine distilled agave spirit made with 100% rare Tobala agave sourced from Master Mezcaleros in Oaxaca's highlands and roasted in traditional pit ovens. Unlike laboratory-formulated non-alcoholic spirits, Tomo is actually distilled in copper stills with locally-sourced botanicals including ginger, pasilla mixe chili, flor de cacao, basil, poleo, chamomile, black cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, hibiscus, rose petal, lemongrass, cloves, and smoked pineapple. The result is a 100% natural, alcohol-free spirit that captures the authentic smokiness, complexity, and soul of traditional Oaxacan agave—winning BevNET's 2024 NA Spirit of the Year award and multiple industry accolades.
Smoky, herbaceous, and complex, Tomo delivers pronounced notes of chipotle chile, ginger, cardamom, flor de cacao, and cinnamon on the nose and palate, with a lingering smoky finish that rivals alcoholic counterparts. The spirit has a gorgeous weight and mouthfeel unlike most non-alcoholic expressions, with a savory character that makes it distinctly sophisticated. Serious mezcal enthusiasts note that Tomo truly captures the essence of Oaxaca—the smoke factor is intense, bringing remarkable complexity to both sipping and cocktail applications.
Perfect served neat over a large ice cube with non-alcoholic bitters, in elevated mocktails like non-alcoholic margaritas and Negronis, or simply as a contemplative sipper for those embracing alcohol-free living. This is the evolution of the non-alcoholic spirits industry—proof that you don't compromise on authenticity, flavor, or craft when you choose to drink without alcohol.
