👅 Palate & Texture
-
Medium-bodied and creamy with sweet citrus flavors—orange, pear, green apple—paired with caramel, vanilla, and honeyed malt.
-
Warming spice—white pepper, ginger, cinnamon, clove—emerges mid-palate alongside subtle brine and oak tannins.
🍂 Finish
-
Long and lingering with vanilla, oak spice, gentle tobacco, dried fruit, and a soft salty sea‑spray note that reflects Mull’s coastal character.
🧭 Character & Appeal
-

-
Enjoyed neat, with ice/water, or even in a highball thanks to its balanced sweetness and vibrant flavors.
