Juicy dark berries, lush textures, and enticing earthy notes shape the flavor profile of our Thicket Cabernet Sauvignon. As the world’s most widely planted grape variety, it is no surprise that Cabernet Sauvignon is found throughout California’s diverse wine regions. The state offers bountiful sunshine during its seemingly endless summers, allowing these hardy black grapes to reach peak ripeness, bursting with plump berry flavors. Toward the end of summer, vineyard crews often encase their vines in protective netting to shield their sweet fruit from the curious beaks and mouths of local vineyard foragers such as birds and deer. This ensures the grapes are left undisturbed until the fall harvest, when the winemakers begin their work. This Cabernet is the perfect fruit-forward treat at the end of a long day paired with your favorite show or a new novel. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
