Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon was formed from eight of California's leading appellations including Paso Robles, Dry Creek Valley and Lake County. This arresting combination of unique vineyards, climates and terroirs adds its own unique dimension and lends to the layers of complexity that you'll find in this intriguing Cabernet. Assembled around a core of Cabernet Sauvignon and enhanced with Petite Sirah, Syrah and Merlot, the Cabernet unshackles a riot of intense dark berries, chocolate-dipped plum, dried herbs and coffee. Aromas of plum and blackberry with a hint of olive. Vibrant flavours of black stone fruit and dried herbs with solid tannin structure result in a flavour-forward Cabernet Sauvignon with balanced acidity.
