The Muff Irish Potato Gin (700mL) is an Irish gin crafted with Irish potatoes and bottled at 40% ABV. The producer's recipe combines juniper with lemon, rosemary, elderflower, grapefruit, and a touch of Champagne essence, creating a contemporary botanical profile rooted in its Irish identity. This listing is for one 700 mL bottle.
The producer describes bright citrus and juniper at the center, with floral elderflower and aromatic rosemary adding lift and depth. Grapefruit contributes a crisp edge, while the potato base helps give the spirit a rounded texture. The result is a balanced gin with fresh fruit, classic botanical character, and a clean herbal finish.
Serve well chilled in a gin and tonic with premium tonic water and a citrus peel, or use it in a classic Martini, Negroni, or Tom Collins. Its combination of citrus, floral, and herbal botanicals also works well in simple highballs where the gin remains the focus. Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place.
