The Foxtale Passion Fruit Gin is an exotic flavored craft spirit produced by The Foxtale Company in Northern Portugal. Distilled using traditional copper pot stills, this expression infuses a classic juniper and botanical foundation with the natural essence of ripe passion fruit. The result is a vibrant, tropical gin that balances tart-sweet passion fruit juice with crisp piney juniper.
Food Pairing: Tropical fruit ceviche, coconut shrimp, grilled chicken skewers with mango salsa, goat cheese crostini, and passion fruit tarts.
Tasting Notes: Warm golden-orange tint in appearance with a smooth, juicy, and vibrant mouthfeel.
Nose: Intensely aromatic with upfront notes of fresh tropical passion fruit, tangy citrus oils, and sweet floral blossoms, supported by subtle piney juniper.
Palate: Lively and fruit-forward, featuring a balance of tart tropical passion fruit sweetness, zesty citrus acidity, crisp resinous juniper, and light coriander spice.
Finish: Medium in length, clean, and refreshing with lingering notes of tart passion fruit skin, citrus zest, and mild herbal pine.
Serve: Serve over ice topped with premium tonic water or ginger beer, garnished with half a fresh passion fruit or a slice of lime, or mix into a tropical Gin Sour or French 75.
