Pete Johnson’s Tatuaje is one of the most iconic independent cigar brands in America, built on a foundation of bold Nicaraguan tobacco and a deep partnership with the Garcia family at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí. Among the most celebrated annual traditions in the Tatuaje universe is the Monsters Series, a collection of Halloween themed limited releases, each named after a horror icon and built around a distinct blend. The Krueger, released in 2016, was the ninth Monster Series cigar, taking its inspiration from Freddy Krueger.
The Skinny Monsters concept debuted in April 2016 with a sampler containing Skinny (6 x 38 petite lancero) versions of the first eight Monster Series cigars. The Krueger and Michael, released later that year and the following year respectively, never received their own Skinny Monster standalone releases. Until now.
The Tatuaje Skinny Monsters Krueger rolls the full Krueger Monster blend into a slender 6 x 38 parejo format, a true petite lancero that concentrates the blend’s bold Nicaraguan character into a focused, refined smoking experience. The original Krueger was a box pressed belicoso; the Skinny format strips the vitola down to its purest expression. Expect the Krueger blend’s signature intensity, dark earth, leather, espresso, black pepper, and a deep, assertive finish, delivered with the elegance and precision that only a well rolled lancero can offer.
Presented in 25 count boxes. Ships October, 2026.
