Tarquins British Blackberry Gin
Tarquin’s British Blackberry Gin is a fruit-led flavoured gin from Southwestern Distillery in Cornwall. It begins with their flagship Cornish Dry Gin, distilled in copper pot stills using 12 botanicals. Post-distillation, it is infused with ripe British blackberries and a touch of Cornish wildflower honey.
The result is a rich, aromatic gin with a deep berry hue and a balance of sweet fruit and dry juniper. With no added sugar, it retains a clean, dry finish. Each small batch is handcrafted, with every bottle wax-sealed and labelled by hand.
- Tarquin’s British Blackberry Gin opens with blackberry crumble, wild berries and a fragrant lift of piney juniper.
- The palate is soft and fruity, with summer pudding, frangipani and a sherbety citrus brightness.
- Finishes with candied lemon, blackberry sorbet and a gentle sweetness from wildflower honey.
Pairs beautifully with goat’s cheese salad, grilled salmon or a citrus-dressed beetroot dish.
