Please help us welcome the newest addition to our Australian wine portfolio! Tallax is all about combining the expected and unexpected. These wines feature unique twists on classic varietals that will introduce you to new sides of your favorite grapes. Our 2020 Shiraz is juicy and jammy with ripe red berry notes and a touch of spice. This wine is not one of the dark and brooding Shiraz styles that often come from Australian vineyards. It leans on the brighter side while still delivering concentrated fruit flavor. This Shiraz is an excellent choice for those who gravitate towards full-bodied styles of Grenache, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a lovely red wine for sipping on its own but would also shine next to lean red meats with herbal seasonings and sauces. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
