St. George Spirits Dry Rye Reposado Gin is a reposado-style gin from St. George Spirits in Alameda, California — the Dry Rye Gin rested in French and American oak wine casks to develop a captivating pink hue and a rich, deep flavour profile that is warm and spicy, pairing naturally with bitters, citrus, stone fruit, and ginger.
St. George Spirits was established in 1982 in Alameda — one of the pioneering craft distilleries in the American spirits movement. The Dry Rye Reposado applies the reposado concept from the tequila world to the Dry Rye Gin base, with French and American oak wine casks contributing the pink hue and the additional vanilla, spice, and wood integration that separates this from the unaged Dry Rye version.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a reposado gin?
Reposado gin is a gin rested in oak barrels after distillation. The oak ageing adds colour, vanilla, spice, and integration to the base gin character while the spirit retains the botanical character of the original gin. St. George’s wine cask resting gives a pink hue and a richer, warmer profile. Order online with fast shipping.
