Wine Description
The 2022 Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc displays a pale straw hue with hints of green. The bouquet opens with vivid aromas of juicy pineapple, fresh basil, lemon pith, and cut grass. On the palate, it delivers an energetic burst of citrus—lime, lemon, and grapefruit—layered with nuances of white peach and a delicate herbal undertone. Light to medium-bodied, the wine offers bright acidity, a silky texture, and a focused, refreshing finish. This vintage stands out for its balance of fruit purity and zesty liveliness.
Food Pairing
Perfect pairings include Thai green curry with fish, fresh tomato and basil salad, grilled asparagus with lemon zest, or chicken and sage skewers. These dishes complement the wine’s herbal and citrus profile. A perfect match to enhance the wine's complexity.
