Privada Storytelling
A tribute to founder Robert Holt’s wife, Sharon, Rose of Sharon blends elegance and substance with an Ecuadorian shade wrapper that gilds a hearty Nicaraguan-Dominican core. It embodies both grace and grit—delivering a nuanced, comforting smoke that’s equally at home at sunrise or sunset. In Privada’s rotation, this cigar is the centerpiece of refined everyday luxury.
Flavor Journey
The Rose of Sharon begins with creamy nut and toasted cedar notes, followed by graham cracker sweetness and smooth caramel. White pepper and oak emerge as the profile deepens, while light leathery and floral undercurrents develop mid-smoke. In the final third, leather, earth, and lingering nut sweetness round out the experience with balanced pepper and creamy undertones. It remains engaging and layered from start to finish.
Why It Belongs in Privada
Privada cherishes cigars that whisper rather than shout—and Rose of Sharon does just that. It's a standout within milder cigars, delivering complexity often reserved for richer blends. Box-pressed elegance, consistent structure, and graceful flavor layering align with Privada's ethos of thoughtful, repeat-worthy smokes.
