Sortilège Peach & Pear Whisky Lemonade is a premium ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail from the iconic Quebec brand Sortilège. Known primarily for their blends of Canadian rye whisky and pure maple syrup, Sortilège has expanded into the "canned cocktail" market with refreshing, fruit-forward expressions. This specific release combines the distillery's signature maple-finished rye whisky with the summery flavors of stone fruit and crisp pear, designed as a convenient, bar-quality patio drink.
Description
This cocktail presents a pale, hazy straw color. On the nose, it leads with the sweet, sun-ripened aroma of fuzzy peaches followed by the delicate, floral scent of Bartlett pears. The palate is light and refreshing, balancing the tartness of zesty lemonade with the smooth, warming undertones of Canadian rye whisky. Subtle hints of toasted maple wood—a hallmark of the Sortilège base—add a layer of complexity and a touch of caramel sweetness that rounds out the citrus acidity. It is lightly carbonated and bottled at a sessionable 5% ABV.
