A true "dark horse," the first time this blend was roasted it was a mistake. Smoking Gun Coffee intended to make Show Pony but put the wrong blend of beans in the roaster. It turned out wonderful! Full, robust, classic, sweet, full-bodied, and incredibly drinkable. It's the perfect coffee if you like the classic coffee profile, with notes of S'mores, Almond, and Dark Chocolate.
What our Staff is saying about the coffee:
"Fairly complex for a darker roast. Fairly bold mouth feel, but with a touch of acidity that lingers. Really works in a milk based drink where the smore and almond notes really shine." - Samantha

Our Coffee Addicts Promise:
We're passionate about fresh, flavourful coffee and we know you are too. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date.
Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window. Any beans older than six weeks from roast are clearly marked and automatically discounted, giving you a great value on quality coffee.
