Tasting Notes:
Nose: Prepare for an explosion of aromas with this rye. It greets you with a bold mix of caramel and buttercream, complemented by crisp green apple, and an impressive brioche and clove spice.
Palate: The palate surprises with more oak than usual for its age. The corn element seamlessly intertwines with the rye, bringing a creamy texture, a hint of honey, and a delightful oatmeal cookie note. This combination allows the rye’s big spice to shine through.
Finish: A long, rich, and punchy conclusion, dominated by rye spice. Revel in notes of brown sugar, cracked pepper, a touch of clove, and a subtle orange peel zest.
