Mountain vineyards give this Rioja Rosado remarkable poise. Sierra de Toloño Rosado is crafted by Sandra Bravo from old, high-altitude vineyards in Rioja Alavesa, where organically and biodynamically farmed Tempranillo and Garnacha thrive in limestone-rich soils. Partial skin maceration, gentle pressing, and aging on the lees in neutral oak build texture without masking freshness. The result is a dry rosé with vibrant fruit, crisp acidity, and a finely etched mineral backbone that reflects its rugged landscape with precision and grace.
