The clever brains over at Shimomura Kihan in Tsubame, Niigata, Japan.
The ever important aspect of mise en place. We all need it, and the right tools for the right job, always.
You'll never have a nice meal or service if your station isn't clean and tidy.
We love these for their flexibility and stackability.
Although not officially rated, these are very water tight and perfect for those curries or winter stews.
Available in two sizes, Wide Regular and Wide Deep. Uses the same lid, no more digging around that cabinet.
Stackable, and incredibly tidy in the fridge. Lovely.
The regular size is sold in a set of 2, the deep is sold individually.
Happy mise en place-ing.
Please note, the lids are best hand washed. Or top rack dishwasher.
