Saxtons River Distillery Snowdrop American Dry Gin is a vacuum-distilled Vermont gin — a harmonious blend of 18 botanicals including juniper, ginger, cardamom, coriander, orange zest, and star anise, drawing on a family craft tradition that traces to 1906.
Vacuum distillation operates at lower temperatures than traditional pot or column stills, preserving the delicate aromatic compounds of fresh botanicals that would otherwise dissipate at higher heat. The Saxtons River family's craft heritage traces to 1906, when they left Lithuania with a tradition of flavorful liqueur production, passed down through generations and combined with distinctive Vermont character. The 18-botanical blend produces a smooth, subtly layered gin suited to both sipping and mixing.
