A vibrant New World Sauvignon Blanc that captures the warmth of the 2025 vintage while preserving the variety’s signature freshness. Sourced exclusively from Naramata Bench, including our Bench 1775 Estate Vineyard and Seawave Vineyard, this wine was whole-cluster pressed and cool fermented with multiple yeast strains to build aromatic complexity and expressive fruit character. Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, fresh-cut grass, lime zest, and green apple lead into a sleek, refreshing palate layered with lemon, grapefruit, and crisp orchard fruit. Beautifully ripe fruit from the warm 2025 season brings generous flavour intensity, while bright natural acidity keeps the wine vibrant, dry, and refreshing through a clean, zesty finish. A perfect match for goat cheese salad, sushi, fresh oysters, ceviche, grilled asparagus, or artichoke dishes.
