The company pioneered the modern winemaking methods of Pinot Grigio in Italy and is proud to be known as a benchmark of quality for this quintessential varietal. Driven to capture the delicate fruit and floral notes in this wine, he approached winemaking differently, which meant these precious aromas and flavors could be retained. To create the signature varietal, they start with fully ripe Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested by hand from the Alto Adige vineyard in the Italian Alps. This ensures that the clusters remain whole and retain their delicate aromas and flavors.
