Discover the vibrant soul of Salcheto Biskero Chianti DOCG, a radiant red from Tuscany’s Chianti Colli Senesi. Crafted by Salcheto from organically and biodynamically grown Sangiovese (85%), Canaiolo, Mammolo, and Merlot grapes on the Poggio Piglia and Abbadia vineyards, this wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged 30% in 300-liter American oak tonneaux for four months, followed by three months in bottle. Its ruby-red hue gleams with purple glints. Bursting with black cherry and plum, it’s perfect for spaghetti with meatballs or grilled bistecca fiorentina. This dry, medium-bodied Chianti offers bright acidity, silky tannins, and a spicy, earthy finish, capturing Tuscany’s rustic elegance with eco-conscious finesse.
