This vibrant and refined sparkling wine originates from the Trento DOC region in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of northern Italy. Rotari is a leading producer of metodo classico (traditional method) sparkling wines, with its state-of-the-art winery located in the heart of the Dolomites. The winery's philosophy is rooted in its Alpine terroir, where high-altitude vineyards and significant diurnal temperature shifts produce grapes with intense aromatics and a naturally crisp acidity. The 'Arte Italiana' (Italian Art) series represents the estate's commitment to the elegance and lifestyle associated with premium Italian sparkling wine.
Wine Description
The Rotari Arte Italiana Brut presents a bright straw-yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The sensory profile is elegant and fresh, featuring a bouquet of yellow apple, pear, and white flowers, accented by delicate notes of yeast and toasted bread. On the palate, the wine is dry and harmonious, showcasing a creamy texture and a lively acidity that mirrors its mountain origins. It is characterized by its balance and a clean, refreshing finish with subtle mineral undertones. This cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, typically aged for at least 24 months on the lees to develop its characteristic complexity and 'traditional method' structure. The wine generally has an ABV of 12.5%.
