Ross-on-Wye Shall We Take Another Walk Through Time?
Discover the authentic flavours of Herefordshire with Ross on Wye Cider & Perry, a celebrated local producer dedicated to crafting exceptional cider and perry from the county's finest orchards.
Ross-on-Wye Shall We Take Another Walk Through Time? Cider shows a solera blend of 2017 Foxwhelp, 2019 Ashton Bitter, 2021 Somerset Redstreak and 2023 Major. Blending different apple varieties and vintages, shows how cider can age and mature with grace, offering complexity and freshness in equal measure.
- Dry, wild-fermented style with depth, complexity, and fine balance
- Notes of tart apple, subtle tannins, and gentle oxidative tones
- Naturally sparkling from in-bottle fermentation
- All products are gluten free, vegan friendly, sustainably made and with no added sulphites at bottling
This cider pairs well with roast pork, charcuterie, hard cheeses, or seasonal vegetarian dishes where savoury flavours meet natural acidity. Its dryness and subtle sparkle also make it a refreshing companion for seafood, from oysters to grilled mackerel.
