Floral on the nose with lush notes of strawberry and raspberry on the front end with fresh citrus and white pepper to round out the finish.
Tasting Notes: Floral on the nose with lush notes of strawberry and raspberry on the front end with fresh citrus and white pepper to round out the finish.
Farm Notes: Red Mountain, Jones, Sheehan Farm - Washington
Maker Notes: To keep the colour delicate, Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes were whole-cluster pressed before being co-fermented in stainless steel. After fermentation, the wine was racked off the lees and aged in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, vibrant character. A small portion of our sparkling base was then blended in to elevate the acidity—adding just a touch of Chardonnay (2%) to the final blend.
Food Pairing Notes: This wine will pair well with spicy dishes, barbecue foods, as well as sunshine and patios.
