Wine Description
The 2018 Rockaway Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep, inky hue, indicative of its concentration. On the nose, it offers aromas of black currants and spearmint. The palate is enveloped with flavors of dark plum and red currant, complemented by subtle notes of tobacco and leather. An underlying earthy minerality is balanced by hints of baking spices, contributing to a rich, complex structure and a long, lingering finish. This wine is composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is expected to age gracefully over the next 8 to 10 years.
