The RIEDEL Veloce Syrah/Shiraz Glasses are tailored to showcase medium-bodied reds that marry concentrated dark-fruit depth with firm, mouth-coating tannins. Their striking diamond-shaped bowls open dramatically to oxygenate the wine, then narrow toward a subtly tapered rim to focus aromas and deliver a long, velvety finish on the palate. Lighter and finer than traditional stems, they feel almost hand-blown while providing the flawless symmetry of machine production.
Made of brilliant crystal, each glass features a discreet varietal engraving on the base—your cue that this shape elevates Syrah, Shiraz and other New-World powerhouses. Whether you’re decanting a bold Barossa or a spicy northern-Rhône, these dishwasher-safe stems turn every pour into a professional tasting
***** Additional Information *****
RIEDEL’s Veloce series pushes automated glass-making to artisan heights, using cutting-edge tooling at the brand’s Tyrolean factory to remove excess mass without compromising strength. The result is a stem that sits comfortably in the hand, looks refined on the table and stands up to busy service environments. Each twin pack arrives in a protective gift box, ready to complement modern stemware collections or serve as a thoughtful present for the red-wine devotee.
