Uniting four notoriously stubborn wild agaves demands an almost superhuman level of patience. Edgar Angeles Carreño orchestrates this wildly complex four-plant ensemble deep within Santa Catarina Minas. He meticulously harvests mature Cuishe, massive Sierrudo, rare Coyota, and dense Madrecuishe piñas. They roast these incredible plants over river stones before natural fermentation begins. They've aggressively rejected every single industrial shortcut! By distilling in ancestral clay pots and bottling exactly at still strength, the Angeles family captures the undeniable, unmasked soul of rural Oaxaca.
We genuinely admire their relentless dedication to resting this liquid inside glass vessels before bottling. This historically crucial step brilliantly softens the high-proof intensity while actively enhancing the profound, earthy tension. You'll quickly notice a breathtaking harmony between the diverse agave varieties. It completely defies standard expectations! You pour this vivid distillation when you actively crave an authentic, unfiltered connection to meticulous Mexican heritage craftsmanship that entirely bypasses artificial manipulation.
