Winemaker Notes
This white is a blend of Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Viognier. The focus was aromatics, freshness, mouthfeel, and good acidity and balance. I really love exploring some of the indigenous whites grown in Italy, France, Greece, and Croatia that are very food friendly, and I worked on creating a similar style that is captured in this bottle. Wines were aged in both oak and stainless steel.
