Process & Profile
Rare Character Brook Hill “COMPASSMOTIONS” 15 Year Bourbon 111.46 Proof Barrel No. B514 is a limited single barrel bourbon from Rare Character’s Brook Hill series. Built around mature age, single barrel character, and a polished proof point, this release offers the depth of a 15-year bourbon without the extreme heat of higher-proof barrel-strength selections.
Aged 15 years and bottled at 111.46 proof, Barrel No. B514 delivers a rich profile of dark caramel, vanilla, seasoned oak, dried fruit, leather, tobacco, cocoa, baking spice, and toasted sugar. The age brings mature oak structure and depth, while the proof keeps the whiskey bold, flavorful, and approachable for slow sipping.
Rare Character Brook Hill “COMPASSMOTIONS” 15 Year Bourbon is a strong choice for Rare Character collectors, single barrel bourbon fans, aged whiskey tastings, and premium bourbon displays.
