PROOF: Mezcal Cask Finished Bourbon-Style Whisky 2024-003
This one-of-a-kind private label bourbon-style whisky was specially crafted for the enjoyment of members of the Proof Whisky Collective. Proof’s Sombra Reposado Mezcal double-wood finished bourbon is the prefect cross-border marriage of American-Style whisky expertly finished in Mexican mezcal casks.
Rich layers of smoky agave and toasted oak on the nose, followed by perfectly balanced vanilla and wood-fired caramel on the palate make this southern-style whisky an instant hit. Let your senses experience the exceptional while you lift a glass to the initiated in your very own private whisky collective!
