Project #173 Black Cherry Rum
This flavoured rum brings a bold twist to classic Caribbean spirit, pairing rich, smooth rum with the vivid intensity of black cherry. Crafted with natural flavourings, it balances sweetness and spice with a touch of vanilla, offering a modern take on fruit-infused rum.
Known as the most popular expression in the Project #173 range, this bottling captures the perfect balance between indulgent cherry character and the warming depth of quality rum.
- Project #173 Black Cherry Rum shows vibrant notes of ripe black cherries with layers of brown sugar and holiday spices
- Hints of vanilla bean and subtle almond biscuit tones add richness and depth
- Smooth and full-flavoured with a naturally sweet finish that highlights the cherry character
- Ideal for sipping neat, mixing with cola, or creating bold rum cocktails
Pair it with rich desserts like chocolate torte or cherry clafoutis to echo its fruit character. For savoury options, try barbecue dishes, slow-cooked pork, or sticky glazed ribs. Excellent base for cocktails such as a cherry daiquiri, rum sour, or a simple serve with cola and ice.
