Introducing the Profitec Pro 500 PID with Flow Control, a machine that exemplifies exceptional performance and meticulous craftsmanship, without compromising on user-friendliness. Building upon the success of its predecessors, the Pro 500 PID with Flow Control combines commercial-grade components and professional aesthetics, delivering a remarkable espresso experience.
This updated version of the Pro 500 PID introduces visible enhancements, including an integrated PID and shot timer, as well as sleek black pressure gauges. These additions not only enhance functionality but also add a touch of sophistication to the machine's design.
Equipped with a robust 2L stainless steel boiler and a powerful 1400W heating element, the Pro 500 PID with Flow Control harnesses the iconic E61 brew group to ensure exceptional brewing performance. However, what sets this machine apart is the inclusion of a flow control valve, allowing you to precisely adjust water flow during extraction. This level of control enables you to unlock diverse flavor profiles from your favorite coffee beans, elevating your appreciation of their nuances. The simple adjustment of the flow control knob grants you the ability to customize pre-infusion length and extraction parameters, resulting in profound improvements to your espresso.
Furthermore, the Pro 500 PID with Flow Control incorporates an engineered thermosyphon system within the E61 group, revolutionizing temperature stability in a heat exchanger espresso machine. This innovation eliminates the need for cooling flushes, a significant limitation in this machine category. Operating at a temperature of 256°F, the pressure stabilizes, ensuring prolonged and uninterrupted steaming performance, while reducing the requirement for cooling flushes under most circumstances.
Profitec has relocated the PID temperature display, making it easily visible on the front of the machine. Previously hidden behind the drip tray, the new placement allows for convenient monitoring of the machine's temperature, ensuring precise brewing settings. Additionally, the PID display doubles as a shot timer and provides access to adjustable settings, such as programmable eco mode and backflush reminders.
The Profitec Pro 500 PID with Flow Control represents a remarkable combination of innovation, performance, and ease of use, enabling you to unlock the full potential of your espresso brewing skills. Experience the art of espresso-making at its finest with this exceptional machine.
