Profitec Pro Drive – The Ultimate Evolution of a Classic
Elevate your home barista game with the Profitec Pro 700 Drive, the bold successor to the legendary Pro 700. Now featuring a cutting-edge OLED PID that independently controls both boilers, pre-installed flow control, programmable pre-infusion, shot timer with auto-start, and an even more refined aesthetic – all while keeping the bulletproof German engineering Profitec is famous for.
Crafted and assembled in Germany with obsessive attention to detail, the Pro 700 Drive delivers commercial-grade performance and thermal stability in a package that looks stunning on any countertop.
Key Highlights
- True Dual-Boiler System – Brew and steam at the same time with zero compromise → 0.75 L brew boiler + 2.0 L steam boiler (updated capacity for even stronger, longer steam performance) → Independent PID control for each boiler with accuracy to ±0.1 °C → Stainless steel boilers resist limescale and ensure long-term consistency
- Pre-Installed Flow Control – Adjust flow rate in real time to perfectly tailor extraction to light roasts, dark roasts, or anything in between
- Programmable Pre-Infusion & Shot Timer – Set pre-infusion duration and watch the integrated auto-start shot timer for repeatable, café-quality results
- E61 Group Head – The gold-standard 58 mm commercial group with exceptional thermal stability and even saturation
- Ultra-Quiet Rotary Pump – Powerful, reliable, and whisper-quiet operation
- Switchable Water Source – Use the internal reservoir (approx. 3 L with easy front/side access) or plumb directly to mains – your choice, no kit required
- Joystick Valves – Fast-acting steam and hot-water joysticks for precise, ergonomic control
- 3-Way Solenoid Valve – Instantly relieves pressure and dries the puck for clean, easy knock-out
- Eco Mode – Reduces power consumption when idle without sacrificing readiness
