Tasting notes: Pomegranate, Citrus, Floral
Buenos Aires is a clean and fruit-forward washed Caturra offering exceptional value. Recently arrived, this lot delivers clarity and balance with expressive character. In the cup, expect juicy notes of pomegranate and citrus, complemented by light florals and vibrant sweetness.
Farmer Luis Ángel Mendez operates Finca Buenos Aires with his family, continuing more than 25 years of experience after inheriting the farm from his father. Through collaboration with InConexus, harvest and post-harvest techniques have been further refined. Following selective harvesting, ripe cherries were density sorted, depulped, and fermented in open tanks for 48 hours. After washing, the coffee dried on shaded beds for 18 to 24 days with regular turning to ensure consistency. Please review the selected roast date carefully prior to purchase. If an upcoming roast is scheduled, the corresponding date will be listed near the tasting notes at the top of the product page.
