The brand was cofounded by Certified Specialists of Wine and hospitality entrepreneurs Dejou and Marco Marano, who partnered with a progressive Italian winemaker to develop a sophisticated alcohol free collection. Dejou conceived the idea for the brand while pregnant with her first child, seeking an alcohol free wine that offered the complexity and food friendly flavours of traditional fine wines.

This premium sparkling wine presents a bright appearance with a creamy texture and fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma features a refined bouquet of orange blossom, dried apricot, baked pear, and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, it delivers a complex profile of juicy orchard apples, lemon shortbread, and vanilla bean, complemented by a racy acidity. The body is elegant and well structured, leading to a bone dry and persistent finish characterized by notes of lemon verbena and bread crumbs. It contains 0.0% alcohol by volume.
