Premium Malbec Red Wine Discovery Gift Set
Uncork a world of flavour with our premium malbec wine gift set. Malbec, a grape with a rich history, has emerged as a global favourite, captivating wine enthusiasts worldwide. Originally hailing from France's Cahors region, where it produced robust, tannic wines, malbec found its true calling in Argentina. The high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, with their intense sunlight and cool nights, provide ideal conditions for this grape to thrive.
Our red wIne gift set features the best-selling Hermandad and Zuccardi Malbecs. Perfect for any occasion. This curated selection combines two iconic wines that are sure to impress even the most discerning connoisseurs.
- Hermandad Malbec – Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of ripe black fruits flavours supported by rich cherries and juicy plums, there are also hints of violets and vanilla. The wine has great texture and long finish.
- Jose Zuccardi Malbec - Fruity aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, and plum tart, with herbal notes of green tea leaves, spices, and berries. Powerfully structured, with dark chocolate and mocha on the finish, and hints of dried mint.
Malbec's bold and flavourful profile makes it a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes. Classic pairings include grilled or roasted red meats, hearty cheeses, and even spicy foods like chili or curry.
