The Plasencia Alma del Campo Travesia lives up to its name — “journey” — taking smokers on a smooth exploration of Nicaraguan flavor in a long, box-pressed 6½" × 54 format. Crafted entirely from estate-grown Nicaraguan tobaccos, this cigar represents the perfect balance between creamy texture, aromatic depth, and consistent burn.
Initial notes of toasted cashew, cedar, and cream give way to evolving layers of dark chocolate, molasses, and gentle spice as the smoke deepens. The longer format allows the tobaccos to open gradually, delivering a nuanced progression from light sweetness to bold, earthy complexity. The finish is clean, warm, and satisfying — a hallmark of Plasencia’s precision blending.
Every detail of the Travesia’s construction speaks to quality — a firm roll, smooth wrapper, and reliable draw that make for an easy, rewarding experience. The cigar produces generous clouds of aromatic smoke while maintaining balance and control throughout the session.
The Plasencia family has been crafting cigars for over a century, earning a reputation as pioneers of sustainable farming and master blending. The Alma del Campo Travesia captures that spirit perfectly — a premium Nicaraguan cigar that delivers both depth and approachability in every puff.
