Product Description
Meet the Isle of Fiji — the rum that brings island sunshine to your glass. Made from Fijian sugarcane grown in volcanic soils and clean water, this rum is double-aged: first in tropical bourbon barrels in Fiji, then further matured in French oak cognac casksThe result? A balanced blend with enough sweetness to flirt with dessert, without losing its rum backbone. At 40% ABV, it’s laid-back but complex — perfect neat, over ice, or in tropical cocktails that demand more than just “rum + juice.”
Tasting Notes
Molasses, pear, apple, banana, vanilla, and nutmeg open things up, backed by warm oak, ginger, prune, and coconut. The fruity core (dried banana, exotic fruit) gently gives way to allspice and a long, layered finish.
