Making great wine takes a lot of time, dedication, and hard work. Pip + Plow is named to honor that process, from planting the pip (the grape seed) to plowing at the vineyards, to harvesting and fermenting, the wine process is a craft that thrives on quality and perfect timing. Winemakers everywhere work from pip to glass to bring wine-lovers a quality bottle of wine. This wine comes from the eastern side of Washington, one of the most exciting new regions in the country. It’s supple and full-bodied with ripe tannins and a subtle acidity. This 100% Merlot is a great expression of Washington winemaking, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Judges loved it at this year's Critics Challenge and gave it a Gold Medal and 92 Points!
