Discover the essence of craftsmanship with Pinhook's 2024 Vintage Cask Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey, meticulously produced at the Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. Masterfully blended by co-founder and Master Blender Sean Josephs, this exceptional bourbon showcases a unique mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, using non-GMO, locally sourced grains. Aged for a minimum of five years, each batch is proofed with ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water, enhancing its rich, natural flavors.
This release replaces the annual High Proof expressions, marking a significant evolution with its five-year age statement and adjusted mash bill tailored to this vintage. Blended from a selection of 30 barrels, this cask strength bourbon is a testament to Pinhook's dedication to producing the finest whiskey each year, with blends and proofs tailored to highlight the unique qualities of the vintage.
