Deep ruby red in color, this Nizza DOCG offers aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, violet, cocoa, and sweet spice. The palate is rich and concentrated with layers of dark fruit, silky texture, and vibrant acidity characteristic of Barbera. The finish is long, polished, and beautifully balanced.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with braised beef, grilled steaks, rich pasta dishes, roasted lamb, aged cheeses, and mushroom risotto.
